The Client

ProTrack is a product that has been developed by Intellicore to be used in the trades industries.


The Problem

ProTrack focussed on end to end job management software that could be run from desktop computers and also handheld devices. The underlying aim was to increase efficiency and bring all processes under one roof from quotation to final invoice.

What We Did

The solution allows a member of the admin team to book in a job through the back end portal and then allocate it to a particular engineer. That engineer will receive a notification on his handheld device advising him of the job, it’s location, the details, the materials required and the date and time. Once on site, the engineer will set the job as active on the application and follow the prompts completing all sections of the job sheet. This includes any notes he wishes to take, any pictures and any additional materials used. Upon completing the job, the engineer can move onto his next job whilst the application generates the invoice and sends it to the client.
